You can delete your Laymen account from the Baseline app. Deletion removes the account and user-scoped Baseline data tied to that account, including profile, onboarding, goals, medications, labs, wearable summaries, insights, reports, notifications, and conversation history.
Delete from the iOS app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
What deletion covers
The deletion flow removes the authenticated account through Supabase Auth. Database records that are user-scoped are configured to cascade from that account. Some privacy-safe operational records may remain when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, backup integrity, or financial reconciliation.
Manual requests
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@laymen.comfrom the email address on your Laymen account and request deletion. We may ask for limited information to verify that the request belongs to you.
